Prof. Gordey B. Lesovik

Professor Gordey Borisovich Lesovik, Chief Technology Officer of Terra Quantum AG, head of the Laboratory of Quantum Information Technology at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). As a leading authority on quantum physics, he is perhaps best known for his senior role in a 2019 international research project in which, as the New York Times reported, “a Quantum Computer Made History Go Backward.”

In addition to this groundbreaking work on quantum computer simulation, his career includes eighteen years of cutting-edge research at the Landau Institute for Theoretical Physics (Russian Academy of Sciences), and an impressive record of guest lectures at some of the world’s most prestigious academic and technical institutions, including:
